Some reviews and testimonials from the patients of Dr. Daniel C. Kline:
Dear Dr. Kline,
The linked article below is what I had read regarding my wonderful new Toric lenses; which I thought had a blue tint in the lens as I had misunderstood how a blue filter works. Thanks for taking time to explain it to me today and for your patience with all of my questions. I’m a very curious person by nature.
I just love my new implant lenses and my new vision. The color of everything I see is so beautiful now, (especially outside in daytime) and the brightness of both day and night is now so much better; it’s incredible. I am seeing the small details of everything much more as well.
I really appreciate your expertise in giving me the best vision possible considering what a challenge my cataracts may have presented - especially in my right eye. It was virtually pain free. I’m so happy with the great work you did. You gave me my eyesight back and exceeded my expectations. I was so fearful and anxious about having it done. I’m happy to have found you.
Right now I am looking forward to the time I will be drive at night again without fear, as I had given that up a few years ago.
I certainly will be telling all of my friends and family (who will probably be needing cataract surgery soon) about you and your great staff. Thanks so much.
Cordially yours,
Ms Anne McGuire

Have a beautiful day.
Dear Doctor Kline,
Congratulations to you and your surgical staff for making my recent cataracts surgery such a wonderful experience.
All my concerns and questions were addressed so professionally by you and your office staff, I knew we were set to go - no worries. I also knew after talking with my friends that this would be painless and good for my eye health.
What I didn't expect was the "fantastic", colorful, truly pain-free experience of my lifetime - certainly one I will never forget. I had heard how colors would come alive and the visual clarity would be like having "new eyes" everyday. Wow! Thank you.
Most importantly, I marvel at the medical expertise available to us today. The entire process is like a gift. Again, thank you for what you do.
It’s been a little over a year since you operated on both of my eyes for posterior cataracts and I wanted you to know what a gift you gave me.
I am seeing in all except the lowest light environments what seems like perfectly. Whether it was your goal all along, or partly by chance, for me to have one eye set perfectly for distance and the other eye set perfectly for near vision the outcome is an absolute delight! I was resistant to the idea for fear it would throw off my depth perception, but in reality my snow boarding, basketball, motorcycle riding, etc are all better than they have been in years. I can read for hours on the computer or on my iPhone without eye strain. My brain is seamlessly switching between eyes as it needs to and unless I stop and think about it I don’t have to do anything except stay out of the way of my brain.
I have not had to use reading glasses once!
So you have made me more efficient at everything I do, and better at all my athletic endeavors, and free from reading glasses and all the fumbling that comes with them.
The benefit and enjoyment of my life this has brought me is truly so huge it is hard to quantify.
From my former days in surgery, I remember the perils of entering an abdomen where others have already cut! I thank you for taking this on after so many corrective procedures that no formula would adequately predict what to do.
I just love the results and I can’t thank you enough!!
Keep doing what you are doing! You were fabulous for me!
Thanks,
Dr. Bill C.
Hi Dr. Kline
I want to thank you for everything you have done for me to restore my eyesight and to also tell you a funny story.
After the first surgery on my right eye, the very next day after I saw you in the morning, Ken and I came home and opened up the French doors off our living room so that our three kitties, Bob, Emily and Norman could go out into the garden and enjoy the sunshine which they love to do. A short while later, I walked back into the living room and I saw a cat walking in through the French doors that I had never seen before! I called to my husband, “There’s a cat in the house!” My husband called back “We have three of them!” I said, “No! This isn’t our cat!” He came in from the other room, looked at the “intruder cat” and said ,”That’s Bob!” I turned to him and said, “Bob has stripes??!”
I guess I knew that Bob had stripes but it had been a long time since I was able to see them so clearly and from a distance! He had simply become an indistinct fuzzy gray cat. With my new eye, I was simply astonished at how “stripey” he looked! I sent you some pictures of Bob (see below) and as you can clearly see, Bob has stripes! And now, thanks to you, I too can see that Bob has stripes!

Before the cataract surgery…the cataract was so cloudy in my vision. [The staff was] very friendly, very professional. I felt that after the first visit, we were friends. They knew me on a first name basis when I walked in. [After my consultation] Dr. Kline called me back and answered my questions. Once [the cataract] was out and the new lens was in, it was just so much better. I really got a great result and I was very pleased with the whole thing. I felt totally confident with him. I’ve recommended him to a friend of mine and I’ve also told my husband whether he wants to or not he’s going to come in.”

Before my cataract surgery, my biggest concern was my ability to drive safely. The staff was very pleasant…they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. My first surgery…my wife brought me in and she was going to wait for me…and I was taken back and just treated almost like I was in a spa! My second eye was about a month later…at the Newport Bay facility…[it was] a lovely setting to have an operation. You’re overlooking the boats in the bay…it was just very very pleasant. Everything right now is perfect. Perfect vision. I can see better than I could see what seems like 50 years ago! It turned out great…I’m very very happy. I would recommend Dr. Kline to anybody.”
- Mr. H
The staff was fabulous…. Before the cataract surgery, I couldn’t drive because I couldn’t see the signs. I couldn’t do my needlework and I’m a quilter–that was very hard. I had been to four ophthalmologists…and each one told me they could only give me a 50-50 chance that I wouldn’t be blind after surgery. After five minutes [of meeting Dr. Kline] I would have laid down on the floor and let him operate on my eye. [The nurses at the surgery center] were very caring, they stayed with me… And I was nervous, but after being there for 15 or 20 minutes, I was very relaxed… Since the surgery, I don’t wear glasses. I can do anything anybody else can do… I’ve made at least ten quilts. [Dr. Kline] gave me 20/20 vision!”
- Ms. G
Absolutely outstanding. Prior to the cataract surgery, I had to have a magnifying glass plus my eyeglasses to read the newspaper. I think he’s very very competent. He takes a lot of time to explain what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. The nurses and everybody involved were very very efficient. [From] the chair I was sitting in [at the surgery center], I could see the yachts right there…I thought it was superneat. They were very helpful and made me feel relaxed. [Since the surgery] I can read a newspaper without the magnifying glass. I like Dr. Kline. I would certainly recommend Dr. Kline, I think he’s outstanding.”
